Troubleshoot updates

After distribution, players are still not updating? Here is a list of things to check for.

General

• Verify that all content has been properly uploaded / downloaded.
• Is DISE Replay pointed to playback from the same folder that DISE Probe is downloading to? Go to the General tab in the DISE Replay Preferences and under Display scheme or DISE movie to playback browse to the downloaded displayscheme file.

Note: If Replay is pointed to the same folder as DISE Bridge uploads to, it will not automatically take updates. It is dependent on Probe to report about updates.
