Software releases

DISE is constantly being developed, tested and released to improve and add new features while still maintaining backwards compatibility.

Software packages for DISE are available via our support web.

In the DISE software cycle, there are some terms used that are good to know.

Alpha

A marked unstable version meant for internal testing.

Beta

An incremental release with bug fixes. If you want to gain access to beta files, please contact support.

Note: You should always make sure you have the latest update installed before going forward to install a beta as some errors may be because of file version inconsistency.

Update

A software package containing the accumulated software changes and bug fixes up to that time.
After an update is released, a full version installation package (downloaded and installed by new users) will be prepared from it.
