DISE Server Control Panel

Overview

In the Control Panel, create and manage the networks and licenses for this DISE Server. You may log in to the Control Panel immediately after installation, using the admin account. By default you can find the Control Panel on "http://<server-ip-or-hostname>/?ds=controlpanel".

Networks

DISE Server has support for multitenancy by compartmentalising into networks. Multiple networks are served from the same DISE Server. A network may represent a customer or a subsection of a customer's player pool.

Add

Create a new network.

Name

The name of the network.

Description

An internal description of the network.

Autopublish

Whether any changes made to players, playlists etc in the network should be immediately published to players.

Logotype

The image to use on the login page (replaces the DISE Server logo).

Login page information

Extra textual information to be shown under the logo on the landing login page.

Users

Users created here are not tied to a specific network and so are multinetwork administrators. They can log in to any network and are not bound by permissions set there.

Server license tag

A unique ID for this server. This ID is provided along with the hostname in order to tie licenses to this particular server hardware.

Hostname

The hostname of the server PC DISE Server is installed to.

Upload license file

A license file (.lic) containing all licenses (players, addons) for all networks will be uploaded from here.

My Account

The admin user may change name and password.
